By accessing or using Companioo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Companioo. By using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
Companioo is a platform that allows users to create and interact with AI-generated virtual companions. These companions are designed to provide conversational interaction, emotional support, and companionship. They are not real people — they are software programs powered by artificial intelligence.
The Service may include features such as chat interaction, AI-generated voice responses, and premium VIP content. Companioo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Companioo. By registering or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Companioo uses an age verification gate before access to content is granted. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you must not access or attempt to access the Service. Misrepresentation of your age is a violation of these Terms.
Companioo does not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.
All companion images, avatars, voices, and text generated through Companioo are AI-generated. They do not depict, represent, or involve real human beings.
Companions are fictional characters created through artificial intelligence. Any resemblance to real persons — living or deceased — is purely coincidental and not intended.
Content labeled as "VIP" or "intimate" includes AI-generated artistic representations. VIP content is available only to users who have subscribed to the VIP tier.
Companioo is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75) because all visual content on this platform is computer-generated and does not involve actual human models or performers. See our § 2257 Exemption Statement for full details.
Companioo offers both free and premium (VIP) subscription tiers. If you choose to subscribe to a paid tier, the following applies:

Violations of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All AI-generated companions, images, text, and content created through Companioo are generated by the platform's AI systems. Companioo claims no ownership of AI-generated content created in interactions with users.
Users may not use companion images or content from Companioo for commercial purposes, public misrepresentation, or any use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
The Companioo name, logo, and design elements are trademarks of Companioo. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Companioo collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes account information, chat history, and preferences.
Your chat conversations with companions are private. Companioo does not sell your conversations to third parties.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Companioo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI companions may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses. You use the Service at your own discretion.
Companioo is not a mental health service. Our AI companions are not therapists, medical professionals, or crisis counselors. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANIOO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANIOO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID COMPANIOO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion is irreversible.
Companioo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6 through 10 of these Terms shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States of America. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Companioo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through additional notice (such as in-app notification).
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
