Key point: All companion content on Companioo — images, voices, and text — is AI-generated. No real human beings are photographed, recorded, or otherwise involved in the production of any content on this platform.

Content Rating System

Companioo uses a two-tier content rating system. Access to different tiers depends on your account status and subscription level.

✓ Standard	All verified 18+ users	Chat interactions, text-based conversations, AI-generated dialogue and companion text profiles.
★ VIP	VIP subscribers only	AI-generated intimate-style imagery, artistic nudes, lingerie representations, and premium conversational content.

VIP content is strictly limited to subscribers of the VIP tier. VIP content must be at least 18 years of age to access and is available only on the web platform.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Companioo is explicit about the artificial nature of all content on the platform. Our companions are not real. They do not exist. They are software-generated constructs designed to simulate human interaction.

Specifically:

No real humans are photographed. All companion images are AI-generated images. No photography of real people is used or displayed.
No real humans are recorded. All voice content is AI-generated text-to-speech or voice synthesis. No human performers are recorded or used.
No real humans are depicted. Companions are fictional characters. Any resemblance to real persons — living or deceased — is coincidental.
No human models are used. All visual depictions on this platform are created by AI image generation systems.

Content Moderation Approach

Companioo uses a combination of automated systems and human review to maintain content quality and safety. Our approach includes:

Input filtering: User inputs to the chat system are processed through safety filtering systems before reaching AI models.
Output monitoring: AI-generated responses are reviewed (automatically and, where flagged, by human reviewers) for safety and quality.
Content generation controls: Our AI models are constrained to generate only content that complies with this policy.
Reporting mechanism: Users can report content that they believe violates our policies (see below).

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Companioo:

Minors: No content depicting, suggesting, or referencing individuals under 18 years of age. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
Non-consensual themes: No content depicting non-consensual acts, coercion, or exploitation.
Illegal content: No content depicting or promoting illegal activities under U.S. law.
Harmful content: No content designed to promote self-harm, eating disorders targeted at vulnerable individuals, or other harmful behaviors.
Real person impersonation: No content designed to impersonate real, identifiable individuals.

⚠ Reporting Content Issues

If you encounter content on Companioo that you believe violates these policies — particularly content that may involve minors or non-consensual themes — please report it immediately.

Please include a description of the content in question and the context where you encountered it. All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. In cases involving potential minors, reports are escalated immediately.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

Companioo is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because all visual content on this platform is computer-generated. No actual human models or performers are used in the production of any visual content on Companioo.

Policy Updates

Companioo may update this Content Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notice and an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
